Ordered in February. Was then told nothing would ship till May. When I got no follow up or shipping confirmation by the end of May I reached out for info. When I still received nothing, I reached back out in June. I was again told it would be shipping any day, but it’s now July and I’ve still received nothing. The email responses seem AI generated and their social media also seems to not have any actual human interaction.
