I work in healthcare and looking for something new have on my hands since I wash them in this product was advertised on social media and the reviews on their website were wonderful so I took the opportunity during a mother's Day sale in ordered the best kit they had to offer and added on extras for a discounted price during that it promised next day shipping on a standard 4 to 7 Day ground shipping package deal it has been 5 days and I have had no order confirmation prior to doing so I emailed them requesting to discuss the status of the order just to be certain and I left it very simple that I was having an inquiry about my order and I never heard back I waited a bit and sent a second email and tried the phone number on multiple occasions and there is no identifier on the phone number that goes right to voicemail and no ringing additionally I dug deeper and googled the company and turns out that they have done this to many many other people showing that their views on their website and actual reviews or not the same I disputed it with my credit card company I reported them to a fraudulent website and did research to find the best option to make sure that doesn't happen to anybody else cuz it seems like it has happened to enough people unfortunately it's very unsettling that it's not even a company that is able to be contacted and they give false information for next day shipping fail to comply and then do not respond to the only two listed sources of contact information it seems like they worded everything just right to try to manipulate people and unfortunately I fell victim to it the only reason as to why I went with this product advertisement is because it was on social media which led me to believe that it was very popular and up to the standard of that social media platform which was Facebook it's a very unsettling feeling to feel this taken advantage of over something as simple as nail color. The site promised me during entering my shopping cart that next day shipping into act fast now and then when going in to do it and review my order that information is nowhere to be found as if it's trying to imply that it was never stated. Under their policy agreement it states that it can only refund non sale items to their full and all sale items will receive a partial payment it appears as if this was the intended situation because they advertise everything to be on sale unable to be contacted and when you dispute in their policy it says that they will not refund full it's a manipulation it is wrong and it needs to be investigated further.
