I was on Zip Recruiter and applied for a CSR Administrative Assistant position. The guy was name Felix Oshman. He reached out and asked me to download an app called Telegram for further contact because he wanted to conduct an interview. I got on for the interview. No phone interview. Instead he sent over a questionnaire through email. It was long and extensive. I answered every question thoroughly. I sent him a message through Telegram that I sent the finished questionnaire. He then said to contact him through Telegram in 10 minutes for my application status. I contacted him and then he said that I had got the job. Then he went on to give me my wage. He asked me if I wanted Bi-weekly or monthly, direct deposit or pay check. Then he asked what Bank did I use. Then he asked if I used any software like Quickbooks and PBX client. He asked if I had a scanner or printer. Then he stated that I would be entitled to benefits after 3 months of working with the company. Then he said that HR would contact me shortly by email with an employment contract which outlines my job duties, wages and benefits in which I would review and return a signed copy. He stated that training starts on tomorrow at 9am from home for 2 weeks. He stated that they are currently setting up an office at 260 Peachtree St NW Ste 2200, Atlanta, GA 30303. I first looked them out and found that they were based out of New York. I was a bit sceptic. But when he asked for an interview I thought ok. What concerned me was when I tried looking up the website that was sent only to find that it was deleted. The first initial email that was sent was also deleted. His original personal email was deleted. And no email from the HR Department with an employment contract. The interview took place at 10am. I have proof of the conversations. The original emails were deleted.
