I have had the same experence. I purchased products from this website in April 2022, spent over £30 but have not received anything at all. Tried to contact them by email but no reply at all. Looked on Facebook where they said that they had a group but a couple of entries said "This is a scam". Seems everyone has been scammed. Put it down to experience.

I found the product from the Nail Art Planet YouTube link. Placed my order on September 28, 2021, it is the 7th of November now...still have not received product. I was trying to be patient because the mail has been slow due to COVID. Went back to the website and the only way to contact business is email. It says you should get a reply within 2 days...I have sent 2 emails in the last couple of weeks with no reply. I googled Nail Art Planet reviews on their Facebook page...2 others have not received product either. Shame on me for not checking out the website better.
