On April 27th, I ordered a BEACH WAGON CART, COLLAPSIBLE FOLDING WAGON WITH BIG RUBBER WHEELS, ADJUSTABLE HANDLES AND BRAKE, HEAVY DUTY UTILITY WAGON ALL TERRAIN OUTDOOR CAMPING GARDEN GROCERY WAGON, PURPLE, from Naexad, for $60.85, with free shipping. I did not receive an invoice or receipt of my order, and I had to contact them after several days to get any shipping information. After I received the information, the item did not ship until the 7th of May. I did not receive the package until the 25th of May and it was not what I ordered. The item I received was a piece of clothing. I read the company's return policy and was very concerned to see multiple grammatical errors and perplexing wording that made the policies unclear. For a business that supposedly had an e-commerce platform that serves multiple overseas countries, I would have expected a more professional document. When I found where the business was located, I discovered the address on the website, was a nondescript house in a residential area in Oklahoma. I am aware that many businesses are located in personal residences, but again, for a company that is as large as the description says it is, I was expecting a warehouse or office building. I am not expecting a refund, and maybe I'm over reacting, but I am concerned that this company is a fraud, and do not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did ordering from them.
