So I purchased human hair from the nadula webs site. I paid for it and got a receipt. Later in that week I asked for projected shipping date but no response. The websites said status processing for a week or so. There is no phone number just email. I emailed them but no response. But funny thing is I kept getting text messages every hour about getting a discount on my next purchase. Still no answer on several emails I sent to customer service. Then a week later I got an email saying they were out of stock on the hair I purchased so pick something different. I told them I just wanted my money back. I still have not got a reply to when I will get my $169,00 refund. Please help me out. Thanks
