I made an order online through their website. I received a confirmation email stating I would be updated when my order shipped. After a week of nothing I reached out through email to get an update on my order and received no response. I emailed again the following day and still no response. I waited a few more days then tried the websites automated chat and there they told me they are waiting on payment fulfillment. I then verified that the money was taken from my credit card and it was over a week prior. I sent them a screenshot showing they took my money and it was posted from my account and received no response. I then emailed again, sent them a message on instagram and a message on Facebook and received no response. I left a bad review on their website hopping that would get attention and still no response and the 1 star review didn’t show on their page. So I left another bad review with 5 stars and that one showed. Through snooping on their social media I found another person who had the same issue with this company and never received her product after waiting over a month. I tried googling a phone number for the company and the only number I found when you call says this google account is not available. The company has a US address and an address in Singapore. That’s all the information I have currently and am disputing the charge with my bank now.
