My daughter arranged to have her personal belongings shipped from Fresno to Fargo in early Oct. She paid the initial deposit of $575. and on the set date no one came to pick up the items. She was given various excuses as to car problems and they kept pushing the date back. My daughter had to drive up to Fargo to be there for Nov. 1st so she and her husband had to leave the stuff behind. They arrived for Nov.1st and still had not received a confirmed date for delivery. They had no personal belongings for them to settle into their apartment as everything was being shipped.

After MANY attempts and lots of false promises, my daughter had to arrange (and pay again) for another company to pick up the items. They finally arrived on Dec. 10th. My daughter has continued to try to contact the initial shipper, but at this point she is no longer returning any calls, texts or emails.
