We bought new net gear wifi extenders, I searched online for assistant and installing them I went to their site And a chat bubble popped up and she said that someone would call me back so he called me back. They said my system was not secure and that's why it would not work. He got into my computer and did make the system work but charged me a hundred and fifty dollars to make it secure. After we got off the phone it did not work properly. My son had already called And suspicions of a scam. I try to Reset my computer and it no longer works. A $1200 laptop I can no longer access because he went in and Changed my settings. Not only did he charge a credit card he charged my paypal account to. I eventually did get ahold of the real net gear And they told me I had been Scammed.
