Purchased a Christmas sweater for a gift. Never received it. Emailed and messaged company on Facebook multiple times. Was given a mailing label that was created but never mailed. They kept saying it has shipped but it hasn’t. I asked for a refund and they have ignored me. Filed a dispute with my bank but it will take a month to get the money back.

Product received was not as described nor pictured on website. Poor quality, cheaply make, mismatched sewing on several parts of sleeve and neckline. I immediately emailed scammer requesting a refund/return. I received the below email responses:

* Sorry to hear that. Before making a return, I suggest you read our return policy. It states that customers are responsible for the returning shipping. To be honest, the international shipping fees are quite expensive. So I am wondering is it acceptable that I apply a one-off 15% discount code for your next purchase, without you having to return them? That means you can keep your order and deal with in any way you want. You can use the discount to place a new order if you wish. If you still like to return, please contact us. We will offer you the returning address. Please don't return them to the address on the package as that is our shipping agent. We will not receive the parcel there.

* If you are not willing to pay the returning shipping fee. We would like to offer you a refund of 10% for the items you are not satisfied without you having to return them.

Would you like to reconsider?

* If you want to return,you will responsible for the return shipping fee .

* if you can keep the item ,we would be happy to refund 20% to you as compensation, would you like to reconsider?

* Sorry for the inconvenience,i fully understand you. for the issue, we would like to refund 30% of the order without return, can you accept it? it can save time and cost, if ok, i will apply the refund for you, and i will reflect the question to our manager to improve our product and service. Website appears to sell quality clothing at what you would expect to pay for those items. When they arrived they were the poorest quality I had ever seen. I contacted multiple times. Was given an initial refund and then a partial later on. I sent the items back to the address provided on March 21. They have been in customs since April 9 and have not moved. It cost me $29.64 to ship it back. They still owe me $44.45 on returned merchandise. I understand I’ve probably lost this money but I don’t want anyone else to be scammed. They do respond but only at night, they’re working hours I’m sure. So every correspondence is delayed. They tried to give me a discount on a future order instead of giving me the address to return the items. It took several times of me saying I wanted to return the items for them to give me the address. It does not come from China initially. Just the returns are handled there apparently, I’m sure as to deter shipping items back and just taking a loss. Which you do anyway. This is very frustrating and I realize completely my fault.

Order place and payment sent on 01/15/23. Order # 27745 confirmed. Received email that the order was in process and I would be notified when the order shipped. As of 01/27/23 I have not received any notification of the order shipping. I have sent multiple emails and sent a message via Facebook messenger x2. Response I receive is that my order is in process, being checked for quality assurance and I will be notified when it ships. The next line says, "Can you wait for more of a few days?". I responded immediately saying this is unacceptable that I have been told the exact same thing multiple times, that I will be reporting this, etc., and although my response is read immediately no return response is sent.
