They sent two emails at once, one showing a receipt for signing up to be charged 19.95 monthly and another to have me register. I did not register or agree to these charges and they started charging me anyway. I called to cancel and they could not tell me how I was signed up. I had to put a hold on my card and will need to get a new one. They had all my information in their email so they must be getting it from some source yet to be determined.
