Unfortunately, I called 866-412-2412 to cancel my Southwest Airlines flight and this is not Southwest Airlines. This company asked for my credit card to charge a fee to cancel my flight and Southwest Airlines does not charge a fee nor ask for your credit card number. This particular person asked for my address as well. I realized, too late, that this was not sounding right so I called another 800 number and got Southwest on the phone directly. They (Southwest) said that unfortunately, this happens all of the time and were very helpful in changing my info on my Southwest flight so that this person/organization would no longer have my info. I also called my credit card company right away and they have cancelled my card so that this person/organization can not charge anything.
