I purchased airline tickets through this website on 06/25/26. When I realized I never received my e-tickets, I contacted the company on 07/04/26 and was told I would receive my tickets 24 hours before my flight on 07/05/26 at 12 noon. On 07/05/26, I contacted the company again and was told that I would receive my tickets after 6 pm. When I contacted the company after 6 pm on 07/05/26, I received a message stating that the flight that I requested was sold out and they could find a better option. This caused me to spend additional money on a hotel and new airline tickets for me and my three children who now have to stay an extra night.
