The company advertises one product, and then sends a different product. When I requested a return for a refund, they said the item was final sale and unable to be returned for a refund. The website policy states a 30 day risk-free, no hassle return policy. There is no mention of any kind of exceptions and there was no statement of the item being non-refundable anywhere on the website. The company refuses to allow me to return the item for a refund.
