I purchased a pullout craft cabinet organizer that they advertized for a great price. After entering my creditcard info, it said “ thanks for your order” i didnt recieve a confirmation email like u usually do when ordering something online. I contacted their support a week ago and still no answer from them. I got my credit card bill in the mail yesterday, they took my money and didnt ship me what I ordered.
