I signed up for three day access to their platform for $1 and then three days later was charged $39.99 for a monthly subscription I never signed up for or agreed to. I immediately saw the charge, canceled the subscription, and requested a refund to which they immediately replied saying that they’ve decided that I was not incorrectly charged.
