I called a phone number that was given to me by VA Assistants for Tricare healthcare Insurance on February 16. A so could agent work with me to find an insurance company which lead up to Strategic Partners LLC. I thought things was good until I did not receive the packet of my insurance card and information. I called them four different times or more requesting the insurance cards and packet of coverage and I gotten back from them was it’s in the mail, they’ll send the insurance cards by express and in the mean they was trying to get more money from which $795 for coverage but my American Express would not let the payment process. I contacted American Express once. They advised me work it out before declaring fraud. After over a month of first transaction I still have not received nothing from Strategic Partners at this time.
