I ordered a set of P195/65r15 tires from them. After a few days I was told to use 17TRACK to track the shipping. It stated that it was originating from China. When the order finally arrived it was a ring and tires. I contacted their customer service support and was offered 5%of purchase as a refund. After 3 attempts I was offered 15% refund amount. The last contact I had was on June 29th.
