Saw cute boots on Amazon and received the wrong ones, but thought since I saw the brand, I would buy straight from the brand site MySoftFootwear.shop. I ordered a single pair of boots, they charged my card $38.49. Then I noticed they charged an identical charge but added another $100 to it. I also paid for 7-10 day shipping supposedly from the UK, the package said China, I got some random number from a service I've never heard of that kept saying 'delivery failed: phone couldn’t be reached' but the package didn’t show as existing anywhere but that site. I waited over 30 days to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, reached out 3 times without ever getting a response, and never got the item ordered. Do not buy from them.
