5/30/16 Via website reserved teacupshihtzu pup. Sent payment via western union tracking#4620610978 $610.00 with credit card. Person in contact through email: Damani Robinson 169 10th st E, Saint Paul Minnesota 55101. After confirmation of receipt of payment received email from [email protected] stating pups in Seattle however need controlled carriers due to extreme weather change. Need additional $3500.00 & additional charge for time pups @ airport. Not able to return pups to sender.
