I made a purchase with this company on November 25, 2016. After several weeks of not receiving the purchased product I followed up for a couple months now, with over a dozen unanswered emails and phone messages left.

My purchase was made through PayPal and the name that was listed as a charge on my account is laxia,LLC

I requested my money back with no response. I am filing a scam complaint with PayPal as well.
