My daughter found Marcus Chambers on the Next Door web site. He asked first for a check for materials and then asked for cash because the check required a hold if cashed. My wife advanced 2000 dollars cash through Zelle to Marcus Chambers and he also cashed the check for 1000 dollars. Marcus has not returned the money, material, or labor.
