I made a $1.95 purchase through this company for help filling out a resume. They initially seemed legit, and I was able to complete the resume without any issues. Several days later, I received a notification from my bank that I had been charged $59 from them. I never authorized this, and first called myresumenow.com. I got a robotic answer saying that all the operators were busy over and over for several minutes before the line went dead. I tried this several times with the same results. I will now be taking this up with my bank, hopefully it will be resolved quickly!

I purchased a resume with this website for a $2.50 charge, and i have been charged $78. I have tried to call, it brings me straight to a voicemail. The voice message says "please stay on the line to talk to an adviser" for 3 minutes straight, it then beeped and was silent for 5 minutes and then it said "your voicemail has been sent".

I have tried to be in contact through email, and every time i have gotten the same copy and pasted message denying a refund.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE!
