Upon purchasing my products, they notified me it would take 10-15 business days before the item would ship. I waited patiently but no updates to my shipping status. On the 15th day I reached out, no response. 5-days later I reached out again and no response. Another 5 days later I reached out again only before I did I reported the charge to my credit card company as a scam. Two days later I received this response which makes it very clear that this company waits long enough to respond until someone has reported them and the credit card company reaches out about the charge in question. A credit card company should absolutely not be responsible for "refunding" a
