I received a voicemail that said this:

“Hey it's Dan from www.myreliefcheck.com our records show you may have $5286 waiting in a relief check that's already been issued in your name but has not yet been collected this could be from past relief programs or federal assistance payments visit www.myreliefcheck.com search your name and collect it before it's returned…”

Immediately, I did an internet search which indicated that it is likely a scam.

Received a voicemail from "Dan" from "www.myreliefcheck.com" telling me that I had $5,286.00 issued to my name but has not been collected. The voicemail then urged me to visit the above website and search my name to collect the check before it is returned.

I received a call on my cell phone from 701-219-6561, the ID came up as "Potential Scam" and pushed it to voice mail. They left a message "This is Dan from My Relief Check .com.... they left the identical message as listed.
