Send the breeder 500.00 as a deposit for a puppy to hold for one month. Then he came and requested to sends an additional 150.00 for feeding and wanted me to Zelle this to someone else account. I became suspicious and told him I changed my mind and he has since refused to return my deposit. Sent me a bogus bill of sale with no mention of the 500.00 deposit.
