I ordered some products back on 11/27 and have been contacting their customer service since, 10+ attempts, I've emailed, called, and used their chat function - get the same response from everyone. Every single time they give me a recycled excuse of how my order was mispicked, misplaced, COVID got in the way, or they don't know, and they will "put in a high priority ticket" to get it shipped out in 1-2 days. Well now its 1/18/21 and still no product, but they had no problem charging me. Clearly running a scam because no one is this bad at their job.
