you think you are changing your address through the USPS website and will be charged a dollar, but this is not the case. they charge 79$. I called to get a refund and she said she could only refund me half the amount. I said the website said I can get a full refund within 60 days. She then tried to say that since my address had been changed, she can only refund me 70$. I told her she needs to refund me the entire amount. She then started yelling at me, but did confirm she would refund me entirely. I asked her to slow down so i could write down the cancellation number and she hung up on me. Horrible
