Ordered socks and they never came. Company emails you and strings you along until it’s too late to cancel or get your money back. It’s definitely not located in the U.S. even though they claim they are.

The website lists completely inaccurate delivery times - and it is unclear if I will ever receive what I ordered. My order has taken over 18 days to “be processed” and the website clearly states products take 3 - 5 days to be shipped. I still have no idea if my item will even be shipped because it is still “processing”. I have emailed customer service three times & only received a generic email in response. There is no phone number to call. Another customer stated the only way to get their money back was through their credit card company. It looks like it may be a scam out of Japan.

Thousands of people, including myself, are posting on the myphotosocks Facebook site that their credit cards have been charged for orders which have never shipped.
