I ordered this product I never received it then it put me in some membership thing and it would take $30 out of my account randomly. I’ve called left emails and nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I placed my order through the Facebook ad. $25 was deduced from my account. I contact [email protected] and I still have had no response. I also contacted the phone number on my bank transaction at 818-873-4955 and the number is disconnected. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

On November 22, 2022, I made a purchase at https://mypheromonie.com/ . Everything was going smoothly. I knew it was the holidays and that my order might be delayed. On December 7 2022 I received an email stating that the order was on the way. However, when I clicked on the tracking info it said that ( You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email.) After about a week I emailed the support to see if they could give tracking email and have not gotten any reply at all. I sent an email on Dec 21 December 28 and no reply. And again January request a refund. No one has contacted me or called. I'm worried now that my personal information could be compromised

I saw the MyPheromonie advertisement on Instagram and then clicked on it to order and it took me to the alleged MyPheromonie page to place an order for perfume named MyPheromonie BOGO for a total of $21.98 with tax and shipping on December 4,2022 and I still have not received the order. I emailed the company on December 28, 2022 and December 30, 2022 and demanded a refund. I still have not received a response as of yet. Their Refund Policy states that if it has been 30 days since you placed an order that you will not receive a refund. My 30 days is up on January 4, 2023. These people are nothing but scammers and customers have consistently complained because they are just taking your money and not shipping the product. I want a refund immediately.

Purchased two perfumes from My Pheromonie on November 10th. It was shipped apparently but the tracking numbers are fake. When searching the order numbers on the website, they can’t be found. Contacted support and can’t get a response.
