Ordered on 12/09/17 - received confirmation of order indicating a 3-day processing time, then10 days for processing and shipping.
As of 12/31/17 I still have not received them. The only status I have been able to locate is:
“Hello! Your jewelry in the process! Upon completion we will notify you by email, please be patient!

Despite several attempts to email over the last 5 days, inquiring about the status and/or delay, I receive no response whatsoever
