The shipment came from IL but for me to ship back I have to send to a city in France with very high shipping cost- more than the product purchased! They require returning item within 14 days when they took 5 weeks to send the product! No phone number only email contact with company. They are also imitating a reputable company called Pet Lab and making their website and name and logo look like the reputable company and then using far inferior and cheap quality products with highly unlikely ability to return and refund the products ordered.
