They advertise free template and resume building through their platform. After putting in an hour of work building my resume they told me I had to pay to access it. I am unable to access my own personal information unless I pay. I cannot even go back and delete.

I never signed up for any subscription when I was looking at resume sites. They insisted I did and never canceled. I told them I wanted my money back and they gave me 10 dollars. Supposedly it's not in my bank yet so don't believe them.

They said resume was free.

I spend a lot of time on clicking buttons which added job description text to resume form.

But at Download time, when I clicked "Download as..PDF, docx, or txt" the window that came up after the click was a Payment Window—I could not Download (pay first in order to download). Also supicious was, MyPerfectResume page said to download a newer browser.

When I clicked Unsubscribe, it flashed on screen for a fraction of a second each time but quickly defaulted to the uncompatible browser page, IT WOULD NOT LET ME UNSUBSCRIBE! Despite my already fresh browser that was already listed on the page. Please bring he site down.
