Was on Larry Miller Letterhead and was signed "Service Manager, Larry Miller Subaru Boise). I signed up via credit card for $275.00 down and $128.78 for 3 years bumper to bumper coverage with towing, rental and roadside included.
This was done on 10/12/22
Received the Warranty in the mail and since I was already scheduled for a appointment at Larry Miller in Boise, I took paperwork with me.
NOT LARRY MILLER EVEN THOUGH IT HAD EXACT LARRY MILLER LETTERHEAD AND LOGO.
i called several times the number on the paperwork finally got through talked to a person called Allene (male) told them they had misrepresented themselves I was cancelling auto pay and wanted a refund of $275.00.. Told them I was also reporting them to ScamPulse.com and Larry Miller. Was told I will receive a credit of $275.00 within 24 hrs. So far it has not been received, regardless I will and am reporting them.
I am reporting them as they misrepresented their firm and USED the logo and exact copy of Larry Miller stationary.
I also informed Larry Miller that they were doing this. I have received other warranty offers and through them away, but do the the logo and letterhead and phone call specifically asking if they were here in Boise and they responded yes, they lied and are using authentic logos etc.
Please warn others to call their local Subaru dealers and confirm that they sent the letter. I am very attentive and wary and am very careful, but these intended to deceive and using the Letterhead and Logo is intentional.
