I ordered an umbrella from this site paid for it, it took almost a full month before it showed delivered but when I got home it was plastic flowers. I have attached the picture

I received an email from MyPatiopro.com. I ordered a gazebo on 3/29/2023, Received confirmation email and tracking info on 3/31. tracking# Number:LP00567669648987 .

Then on 4/14/23 I received an email that they refunded my $319.99. As of today 4/26/2023 I have not received the refund.

They got me for $349.99, which I'm in the process of getting back from my bank. They never answered emails, and now they have disconnected their phones! Guess it's time for a new card!

searched online looking for a patio canopy. Came across the website for mypatiopro.com. The website looks legitimate and I received order confirmation right away. A week later they emailed me stating they were refunding my purchase. I did not cancel the order, they reached out to me. A week later and I still have not received my refund. They charged my account the same day I placed the order. I have tried repeated to contact them through email and phone and have not been able to reach a person or get my money back.

I went online looking for a patio umbrella. I ordered one on 4/10/23 for a very good price from MyPatioPro which appeared to be a legit business. I got an email confirming the order immediately. On April 14, 2023 I got an email saying that my refund was being processed. I had not cancelled the order. I checked my account and found the charge "pending." I have tried REPEATEDLY to call an email the company through the website. There has been no contact made. Upon checking my account again I found the charge had gone through on my account and no refund has been issued almost a week later and still no contact despite daily attempts to reach to company.

We ordered product from their website and it never arrived 3 weeks later we contacted the seller via their website and never got a response. Then today we got a small package from a distribution center with a string of fake flowers.
