On 6/6/2020 ordered a Father’s Day gift. Was guaranteed to be delivered on Thurs 6/18/2020. Email arrived Fri 6/19/2020 “due to unexpected problems...short delay”. I think this company might be fraudulent. They have no phone number. Buyer beware. Always check a company via ScamPulse FIRST before you buy something online. Will call my credit card company to notify.

ordered a necklace on line, paid with my Paypal account on December 6th. Estimated shipping 3-5 days. I reached out by December 14th and never heard back. Filed a dispute with Paypal on December 17th and was contacted by the company who said that they could not send my necklace or reimburse me 10% of my charges unless I dropped the claim with PP? why would anyone do that. I have never received the item nor have I received a refund. Next step is to contact my bank.
