Fraudulent website. Was entering a discount code in shopping cart when I all of a sudden received message thanking me for my order. This occurred on January 3rd, 2023 a round 644pm. I immediately tried to cancel as I NEVER hit submit and was not ready to make a purchase. I immediately started look for contact information to contact MyMedic of the error on their website. I found it was after hours and could not talk to a representative. I went on their Chat service. Explained situation and said they would be happy to cancel if order had not shipped (mind you it had only been 5-10mins from receiving "order confirmation"). I also emailed their customer service multiple times. I then received a message at 1055am today January 4th letting me know my order had shipped! I called the number listed on their website over and over today during their business hours trying to correct this only to get "no representatives available, leave message and we will get back to me or contact us on ouch@mymedic. I did both!

No one has called me back or resolved the situation. I am out $208.53 and I doubt I'll even receive an order. Per their website to do a return (if I receive) I am to contact the above email to "request a refund"...the same website that is just sending Auto generated messages. I am concerned that I not only will be out over 200 dollars but that my personal information and credit card info is at jeopardy. I came to ScamPulse.com yo see if anyone else had same issue with them only yo not be able to locate them on here at all. Very alarming. May be a complete fraudulent scam!!!! Hope you can help.
