I have been receiving this email. The address on this email is Austin Texas and I noticed in my research there has been a similar email scam reported to you in Colorado. I also want to add that the amounts offered are identical in both scams. if the sender was truly sending me a personalized offer they should be different. I wanted to add my story since the addresses are different to support the claim that this email is a scam

here is the body of the email;

I have been given the green light to increase our last approval we had for Patriot Tech Services from $224,000 to $296,000. The main factor was an increase in your Experian Business Credit Report that jumped 33 points in the last 90 days.
