I ordered a robot vacuum from them before Christmas n months later (April) they decided to give most of the credit out on something I choose to buy? I did n here it is coming up on August n I have emailed them n they give me a tracking # that tells me nothing! I believe them to be a junk dealer n DO NOT STAND BY THE CRAP THEY SELL N PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION - BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY YOU CHOOSE TO FLUSH DOWN THE TOILET!’

Purchased a robot vacuum on May 15 2020 from lebaz on line and decided to cancel order online and never got confirmation on the cancellation and never received product called customer service all you get is voicemail and Lebaz took the right away out of my credit card of$92.00 never got the product out $92.00

Purchased a robot vacuum and decided to cancel it within 2hours of purchase on line never got a confirmation number and my credit card was charged $92.00 right away never received item and tried calling them all you get is a voicemail. I want my money refunded Lebaz is a scam

Placed the order on 4/17 as of today I still haven't received the item..

on the tracking link states still in transit however the tracking number is no longer available when I click on it. Email doesn't work nor the phone number on their website. MY CREDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISE AFTER THIS TRANSACTION.

I pay for the product and I never got it. They will send you email that your product is shipped but that is not true. They just get FedEx label so they can give you tracking number

but they never send products to FedEx. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Mylebaz!!!!
