IQ test taken and $1.00 was paid through Paypal. Then notice was sent a few days later that $24.99 was being taken monthly for monthly subscription. At no point did I sign up for any subscription. Contacted Paypal after attempting to contact the seller with no success. Email was invalid and phone number was for another seller. Paypal was notified and I just received notice that the claim was denied and I would not receive a refund of the $24.99. An appeal to Paypal was initiated. When I Googled the seller site for more information I found huge number of warnings about the seller scam. I am so angry with Paypal and asked how they contacted the seller since I was unable to connect with them and currently await a response from Paypal.

Beware of myiq. Myiq is stealing money from you even if you don't subscribe.I have begun requesting a full refund of $89.97 for November and two charges in December. I did not agree to subscribe. myiq.com charged my Paypal account. I closed the page and did not send them $.99 for the test because my bank has alerts not to allow anything under $1.00 to be withdrawn. Myiq.com continued to bill me $29.99 anyway. I have begun to leave reviews,which can be taken down, when I get a full refund through Paypal. Oh, the Paypal link they sent me as a resolution is a scam. There is no such link!

"MY IQ" online website offered an online IQ test for $1.00. I paid with Apple Pay and confirmed that MYIQ.com had only taken $1.00. I NEVER agreed to a subscription and nowhere did it state that a subscription would be started or that there was any kind of "trial period." Seven days later, I was charged $29.99 for a subscription which I NEVER agreed to or was notified of. MYIQ refuses to refund me so I have to report it to my bank and dispute the charge, which is a huge headache. As another user wrote: "The entire website and company appear constructed to trick people into providing payment information (for a trivial $1 charge), which they can then later use for a much larger charge, which all appears legitimate, while their only purpose is to avoid criminal prosecution for tricking people into providing payment information."

It happened to me. I have begun a dispute through PayPal. I am leaving reviews everywhere. Perhaps, people won't take the test.

Купил разовый тест IQ? Прошел и благополучно забыл! Это я так думал, а мошенники тем временем ждали, и спустя 3-4 недели списалась оплата в размере 29,9 евро! Это скрытая подписка, пожалуйста помогите вернуть мне деньги! От подписки отписался, но что это даст, покажет время! Мошенничество!

Deceptive practice offers IQ results for $0.50 and a few days later charges recurring subscription of $29.99. I used Paypal so removed MyIQ from auto-payments and disputed the charge. I also disputed the charge with my bank and notified them of the fraud. I will be getting a new card but it is annoying to go through this. MyIQ needs to be prosecuted although I'm sure they are offshore and beyond the reach of any law.

Purchased one time test. Credit card continues to be charged on a monthly basis for $15 with no notice or service provided. The site claims they provide terms and conditions that outline they will be charging this fee, but this not provided anywhere - not when you pay initially and not via email. I don’t receive any email from them as a follow up when making my purchase. They are dishonest and scamming people out of their money.

Paid .99 for iq test, did not register for an account. Now being charged 22$ twice a month subscription fee through applepay.

Went to site to cancel, get a message they dont have an account with my email address and a request for more information, but forwardind email adress is different from site address, phishing??

There is no way i can find to cancel subscription.. This must be illegal

The company manipulated me into paying a $1 fee for a IQ test and then charged our account without actual permission $39.99 and they have no actual phone number or a customer service with actual people to speak to! They steal your money!
