I purchased from this company 1 time, to try their product. I did receive it, however this company charged me again this month when was already charged when placed in January of 2025. I reported to my bank twice filed a complaint and I didn't receive my money back. I called the company and all of a sudden there was no record of my email, my name or the order number that was given to me. And was told to have a wonderful day and he hung up.

The item were received, however, finding these scam devices were easy through even other sites such as Amazon, ebay, Walmart... However, took some research and found this site that said it was a scam. They took the amount from my credit card, and a second payment was made to a company I wasn't aware of, so I called the credit card company to cancel my credit card, and get the funds back due to scam. These devices are nothing but cheap false security lights rather than what they advertise it to be.

Had an ad pop up on my android phone, for a product that I had been wanting from another merchant, but it was much cheaper from Honey & Pine. So I ordered the product (stupidly, without checking into them first!). The order was placed on 1/6/25. It hit the account connected to my debit card almost immediately. On 1/19 I realized that I had not heard anything from the company about my order. Other than verifying that the money was taken out of my account, I never received any confirmation of the order, or anything. I immediately went on to their website to see what was going on. Their website gives customer absolutely NO way to look up an account for them, or an order for them, or anything, and searching further, there is also no way to find an order on the site. It is just sales on the site. Take your money, and become invisible after that. I had to dig to find a phone number. Finally did, but when calling the number, I never got to a person. I was on hold for 2 hours! Then I tried another phone number that I somehow found, and that number 'could not take calls at this time'. Totally sure that this is a sham company and that I had been scammed, I went on Google to see what this company's reviews were, and sure enough, every review said the same thing, exactly what I went through trying to find them. Then I called my bank and had my debit card destroyed, and will have to wait for the replacement card.

I just now looked on my bank account, and the original purchase amount of $23.95 did show on my account as being deducted from 1/6, but then I saw another charge from them for $29.95, pending. So clearly, they DID try to push through another charge on my account, but by then I had already reported it to my bank, so when they tried to use the same payment method as before, they would have found it declined. Thank goodness I did call my bank.

All efforts to contact these people, or to find out what was going on with my 'purchase' netted zero results. So I decided to report them to you.

Ordered product 12-13-24. Money was collected 12-30-24 from debit. Product was never delivered. I sent email requesting tracking or refund. No answer. I tried calling their number several times. They never answer.
