My heritage charged us 89 EACH for DNA kits on Jan. 3, 2017 and we were supposed to get results in 4-6 weeks. It is now March 15 and well OVER six weeks. This is a scam and they just took our money. They told me today they have to have a CODE from the box in order to get our results. The original instructions DO NOT say one thing about a "code on the box". Naturally, we don't have any boxes. They won't give us the results, which is false anyway, and we want our money back. Put these folks OUT OF BUSINESS please..............Read the complaints against them..............
