MyHeritage withdrew 120 euros from my account. I have not confirmed this transaction with my telephone.

I signed up for a free 2-week trial, but found that their "search" for a very narrow search about a Polish ancestor whose last name began with "B" returned hundreds of "matches" to other nationalities whose last names began with lots of other letters. When I called them after my card had been charged to cancel, they told me that I needed to set up a family tree in order for their tool to work. I tried that with no other success, and contacted them asking for at least a partial refund since my initial request for a refund was made the day right after my account was charged. They promised a refund of about 1/2 the cost, but weeks later no credit has been posted to my account and they are not responding to emails.
