I clicked on a sponsored ad through FACEBOOK for what I believed to be a website for costumes. Placed an order, never received a confirmation or receipt, or said products but money was drafted from my account. I looked further online, the ad and page was deleted from Facebook, but I found posts from others confirming the scam. See attachment.

This website offered $15 halloween costumes, the only downside was having to wait 30 days for delivery. I ordered my costume on September 11, 2018. I attempted to contact customer service through email on October 1, 2018 asking for my shipping info. They told me that my order was processed and out for delivery. I waited. I contacted the same customer service email on October 17, 2018 stating my frustrations and asking for a tracking number. They emailed me back saying there was a slight delay with the supplier and my order would be here in 10-15 days. I then replied saying that wasn't really my problem and that I ordered the costume a long time ago so it needs to be here for halloween, especially when I've already been told it would be here by then on their website. I then wrote another email on October 21, 2018 stating that if I didn't have my costume by halloween, I wanted my money back. I was replied to and promised it would be here by Halloween. That never happened. I should have known it was never going to happen. I never recieved the costume I paid for. They shut down their site the second Halloween hit. People all over social media were tagging myhalloweenfactory with the same story. They ordered Halloween costumes from this company and never recieved the items they paid for.

I have found a Facebook ad boasting about FREE* Halloween Costumes for Today only [Just pay $14.99 shipping.] The store was called My Halloween Factory. I Clicked the link, browsed the site, and chosen my Costume (XL Ghostbusters Jumpsuit) and paid on September 26th, 2018. The Site stated the order could take 3-5 days to process/ 15-30 days to ship. I had received an automatic Text from a NJ number stating "HI, thanks for your purchase of $14.99 from My Halloween Factory! We'll notify you when it ships. View your order (#***)" :and a link to the confirmation page

I sent an email to the contact on October 25th, 2018, asking about the order and received a followup from "customer support" on Oct 26th, 2018 around 11PM saying, "Your order has been processed. Your order is currently in route. Please allow 10-15 days for the delivery"

With some searching. . . found out I'm not the only one! Reported to bank on October 30th, 2018.

Careful with online shopping, if it's too good to be true, it is.

The website popped up on my Facebook, showing a sale where all costumes were free- you just pay $14.99 for shipping and handling. You are able to select as many costumes as you want. I went through, purchasing several costumes for myself and my children, and PAID the $14.99 from my own personal banking account! They say processing of the order takes 3-5 days, and delivery is an additional 14-30 days. I am now two weeks past the maximum days allowed of the delivery time frame given, and I have reached out to them on several different occasions, via phone and email. Each time I receive the same *AUTOMATED* response; that "they have a high volume of orders, and I will receive my order in 15-20 days". (I have asked what date that delivery is from, and still receive the same reply.) When attempting to call them via phone (keep in mind, the only phone number listed is on my bank statement, and it's for a "Right Now Fashion"), and all that does is go to a voicemail that has never been set up. So now I am out money, and I still have received no order! After having looked into this, I have read that a lot of others have had this exact same issue. Any attempt at either receiving my order or getting my money back has proven fruitless. Please beware!

It popped up on Facebook to buy Halloween costumes charged me *** haven't received nothing back from them can't contact them
