On October 4th I ordered from an Ad for Mygreatshirt. I ordered mugs totalling $159.60. I paid them and then on 10/5/18 they emailed me and said they cancelled my order saying "Our financing processing system reported this transaction as being a high risk for payment fraud. For security reasons your order will be cancelled and refunded." On October 5th I emailed them asking what that statement meant. They responded with "I'm sorry you had a bad experience...." On October 6th I emailed them again and asked what that statement meant being I have excellent credit and their statement could damage my credit reputation. They emailed back on 10/10 stating the same thing they did previously with no explanation. I then told them I was reporting them to BBB.
