My mother purchased a ticket from myflightsearch.com, thinking it was a legit company, purchased a “ticket “ and never got confirmation. It wasn’t until she asked for me to look for her confirmation and I looked up the company and found horrible reviews that we did further research and called her back to cancel the charge. Please beware they steal your money, when you go to look for your booking on their website, it only shows your name, date booked, and ticket “pending”.

We attempted to book a flight with Frontier Airlines. During the purchase we were routed through My Flight Search where we purchase trip insurance. We didn't realize the redirect until later. The purpose of our trip is to meet our daughter's ship when she returns from deployment. We were notified that times were changing leading us to change our departure time. We called the number on our e-tickets to implement the insurance for a change or refund. There were no later flights and they refused to provide a refund. They went as far as to deny they offered insurance. We have the cost listed on the email receipt along with what it covers. We were hung up on twice. The last call we were told someone would call us. No call has come.The representative didn't identify a company on any of the three calls. When we asked what the name was they replied 'who did you call?' Frontier identified them as another travel company. The rep originally gave an entirely different name when pressed until we mentioned what was on our e-tickets. Online there are several complaints. All reports stated refunds were either denied or never received. They even display the Frontier bear and logo when booking. This is a total scam. We're out of over $350, and treated horribly for the privilege.
