Booked a flight (for May2023). Something has come up and I cancelled my flight and they will not refund my money. I have called several times over the past week to their 24/7 line and everytime they have told me their system is down and to call back in 3-4 hours. The first man I spoke with told me I could get a refund for my ticket but would have to call back. I emailed them as well and that’s when it was said I would not be getting a refund. I used this website once before and when I got to the airport for my flight I had to purchase an additional ticket because the airline said mine was not valid. With todays prices this is an awful website for hard working people trying to get places.
