My face socks is a scam . They are not a legit company , you will never receive your order or a refund , the good reviews you see online are paid for , all their social media comments are off for a reason . They provide with fake usps tracking numbers .

Updating my last review. Their customer service Jiya stated they would not refund me my money unless I removed negative reviews. I had to call my bank to report them as fraud. I attached a picture where she is claiming I did not confirm with a reply, but as you can see my the time stamp and by her replying to the email, it's a scam.

This website claims that their products are made in the US and AU. They get alot of their customers from a legitimate site with almost the exact name. After my purchase, I immediately noticed a charge from China and shortly after received an email stating that their US factory was malfunctioning so my product would be shipped from China. When I asked for a refund, they would only offer 10%. I confronted them about the many scam websites I had found them under, which unfortunately I didn't research until after my purchase. Many people had the same complaint, stating they were told that their item was being shipped from China and having extreme delays. Most people stating that their items were still somewhere in China, per their tracking number, but customer service basically told them its not their problem anymore since they shipped the product. Also, their social media pages would not allow comments which is very suspicious and usually done when someone doesn't want to be exposed. After I confronted them and advised them I would be reporting them, they offered almost my full amount refunded. They also claimed that their headquarters is in NJ, which a quick Google search did not list them as a business at that address. All signs point to scam. I don't believe I'll get any money back.

This company, myfacesocks.com based in Hong Kong, is falsely representing itself as a legitimate online personalized sock company. They have co-opted the images, text, and reviews of website and online presence of a real company, FaceSocks.com out of Atlanta.They have also used Google search optimization to make sure their site appears as the 2nd sponsored Ad.

MyFaceSocks does not deliver product. It strings customers along with fake order updates and fake usps tracking numbers. Products do not arrive and may not be produced.

They only responded to inquiry when ordered was attempted to be cancelled after stated production and delivery date promised had passed. They claimed a $9 restocking fee per item would be charged.

The payment appears as the being from the following: www.soufeel.com from Hong Kong.

Myfacesocks.com should be taken down.
