The names of the ladies I talked to were Jasmine Johnson and Karen Atwater saying that Direct Pay Loans were filing charges against me for intentionally closing my bank to keep them from getting their loaned money payment back. She said she was a mediator, and that she could help me pay 501.88 to settle with the company, instead of them having to take me to court. This was from an account over 5 years ago, I never received the loan, it wasn't deposited into my account, nor did my credit report ever show signs of this delinquent account.
