I was directed to website www.mydriverslicense.org after trying to renew my drivers license and after agreeing to all changes and asked for my payment info then clicked continue it took forever to even load and never even told me the payment had been processed. then checked my bank account to find out they then charged me $3.99 and also was processing a fee for $19.99. I then had to call the number was beside of the charge on my bank account. When I called it did not tell me the name of the business or who it was it told me to hold for the next available person. So I then asked who they were when someone answered the phone and they told me they needed my information before they could tell me they asked for the last 4 digits of my debit card. I told them no they was not getting my information until I was aware of whom I was speaking to and what business it was. So he told me something Ebooks Online for drivers license. I then was told about the charges and told it was cancelled and would take 7-10 business days to be returned to my account. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 2 minutes when he came back he said his supervisor said it would still take 7-10 business days after it only took them 2 seconds to take my money out of my checking account. After asking for the supervisor again over and over several times before he would even listen to me he then placed me on hold yet again this time for over 30 minutes so I then hung up and called back and each time out of the 4 or 5 times I called I was put on hold each time for over 15-20 minutes and had to hang up each time. It is nothing but a scam and all foreginers is who I talked to. Never talked to one american.
